How ordering works and what to expect

This site is the brand catalogue for PedEgg. We show our three current listings and explain how the foot file removes dry skin. We do not take payments, hold stock, or ship parcels from here. Every purchase and delivery is handled directly by our retail partner under their own terms.

Delivery handled by the retail partner

All shipping speeds, parcel tracking, and dispatch dates come from the retail partner. When you decide to buy a PedEgg, the purchase happens on the retailer site. That retailer packs the item and arranges transport from their own stock. Because we do not run a warehouse or manage courier routes, we cannot look up an order status, change a delivery address, or issue shipping updates. The retailer order page holds all current details on dispatch times and any costs associated with transport. For any question about where a parcel is or when it will land on your doorstep, check the confirmation details sent by the retailer where the purchase happened.

Checking the listing before you buy

Use this catalogue to check the three listings before heading to the retail partner. We make the Classic in white and sky blue. We also make two versions in our Designer Series. One Designer Series listing comes with a printed shell pattern that varies by shipment, so the exact print changes over time. The other Designer Series listing comes in zebra print, which is known in advance. Looking over these options here helps you pick the right model before placing the order with the retail partner. Keep in mind that our catalogue shows only what the partner currently stocks, while older models from past years are no longer listed.

What to check when the parcel arrives

When the parcel arrives, open the package and inspect the tool before use. Check that the plastic shell is intact with no cracks from transit. Make sure the collection cup fits firmly into place and clips shut properly against the blade section. The cup needs to close tight so it can trap dry skin shavings inside while you file your heels. If anything arrived broken or the cup fails to snap shut, contact the retail partner where the file was bought to arrange a replacement or return under their policy. Once you confirm the file is intact, use it on clean, dry skin over your heels.
