This site is a product catalogue for PedEgg foot files. We do not sell items here, process payments or ship parcels. You can reach the catalogue team by email using the address shown in the footer of every page.

When to write to our catalogue desk

Email is the only way to reach our desk. Send a message if you spot a typo on a page, find a broken link or need clarification on one of the three current models shown in the catalogue. We can tell you how the file works on dry dead skin or explain the shell designs in the current line. There is no telephone line, chat widget or web form on this site. Check the footer for the email address and write to us there.

Order questions belong to the retailer

Our desk cannot check tracking numbers, change delivery details, issue refunds or process returns. We do not run a checkout, charge cards or hold stock. Every order is placed with a retail partner, so every question about payment, delivery timing, cancellation or exchange must go straight to that retailer under their own terms. We have no access to retail accounts or purchase histories, so writing to us about an order will only delay your help.

Corporate office and mail rules

The postal location printed on the site is the corporate office of the maker in New Jersey. It is an administrative office, not a retail shop, showroom or warehouse. Nothing is sold there and no staff are available to demonstrate files. Do not mail returns, exchanges or unwanted parcels to that location. Parcels sent there cannot be processed, will not be forwarded and will not generate a refund from the retailer.
